Thanks for taking time out to explore my site. Just a bit about myself: I am a communications strategist and writer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. My love for journalism and digital design began in my early childhood, where I enjoyed exploring creativity through writing and drawing pictures. Like my father, I knew one day I wanted to be a writer and illustrator of sorts.

These early passions motivated me to join my high school’s newspaper staff, where I was able to combine my love of writing and visual design in order to create compelling stories that brought students and staff together.

I later chose to study journalism in college like my father, and chose to study at the University of Memphis for its accredited and affordable global journalism programs. These programs provided a multifaceted and fulfilling academic experience that I’ll always be grateful for. Since my time as an undergrad and masters student, I’ve enjoyed working for regional and nationally recognized organizations, and I’m in pursuit of expanding my clientele to serve individuals as well.

My professional experiences include corporate communications management, advertising and marketing. In addition, my academic experience includes completing projects on the following topics: data analysis, entrepreneurship, qualitative and quantitative research, and corporate public relations management.
